The book title "THE TABERNACLE: A Prefiguration Of The Gospel Of The Water And The Spirit," reveals the mysteries and God's profound plan of salvation hidden in the Tabernacle and its furnishings. For example, the materials used for the court of the Tabernacle shows us that our Lord's salvation is the perfect truth that does not lack any bit of supplement or complement. Every utensil in the Tabernacle shows us how God has fulfilled the remission of sins for us. The book reveals that when we have a clear understanding of the Tabernacle and the right faith, God will not only save us from our sins, but also He will bestow all His heavenly blessings on us.
God told Moses to make the veil inside the gate of the Tabernacle with the blue, purple, scarlet thread, and the fine woven linen. These colors represents the righteous works of Jesus. Therefore the salvation of the washing of sin that God has given us is manifested clearly in the materials that were used for the gate of the Tabernacle. The color blue represent the BAPTISM of Jesus; the scarlet thread represents the BLOOD of Jesus; the purple represents the deity of Jesus Christ as the King of Kings and the Lords of Lords; and the fine woven linen represents the unadulterated Word of God that has saved us. The gospel of the water and the Spirit is the core Truth that tells us of the true sacrificial system fulfilled through Jesus Christ Who is the actual substance of the shadow of salvation manifested in Tabernacle. And so the sacrificial system and the materials of the Tabernacle are all related to the faith that believes in the gospel of the water and the Spirit.
In the Old Testament, most of the garments of the High Priest were woven of gold, blue, purple, scarlet thread, and fine woven linen. The breastplate of the High Priest was also made of the same materials. But in this age of the New Testament, God has assigned the ministry of the High Priest to the righteous who have been washed of all their sins with the truth hidden in the blue, purple and the scarlet thread. For this reason, the gold plate on the turban of the High Priest was engraved with the sign, "HOLINESS TO THE LORD." These garments of the High Priest clearly demonstrates in great detail the gospel that washes all the sins of mankind so that they can become "HOLINESS TO THE LORD." Therefore any faith that believes in Jesus without His ministry of the blue thread (His Baptism) is like the High Priest wearing fake garments. The Tabernacle reveals that if somebody ceases to believe in the gospel of the blue, purple, scarlet thread and the fine woven linen, his priesthood will be taken away from him.
Also when it comes to believing in Jesus Christ the High Priest of Heaven as our Savior, we cannot fail to acknowledge the sacrificial system of the laying on of hands and the shedding of the blood which was manifested in the Tabernacle. The earthly High Priest passed the sins of his people by laying his hands on the head of the sacrificial offering, and then cut its throat and drew its blood. He then sprinkle it on the mercy seat and thereby fulfill his priestly duties of defending the genuine gospel before God. But the High Pries of Heaven is the one who was baptized to take the sins of the world upon His own body, and He has completely blotted out all the sins of His people by shedding His blood on the cross and rising from the death again.
This book on the TABERNACLE (III) enable us to realize that God has given us t he gospel Word of the water and the Spirit so that we may fulfill our spiritual priesthood powerfully.
