My testimony of salvation

My name is Bright Kwaku.
I praise the Lord Jesus Christ for His truth of salvation.

I have met the Almighty God by believing in His Gospel truth of the water and the Spirit.

Ever since I received this blessing of salvation, I have never become a sinner again.
I have been saved by believing that Jesus received all my sins when He was baptized by John the Baptist, and He went to the cross to be judged because of my sins.

Through His baptism and death, Jesus fulfilled both His love and justice for me.

Before encountering the truth of the water and the Spirit, I used to be a sinner whose destiny was to be cast into hell to suffer for my sins.
I believe the Word of God that says that I was born with sin because I am a descendant of the first man, Adam, who rebelled against God.

Psalm 51:5 — Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin my mother conceived me.
Romans 5:12 — Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned—

My destiny was very terrifying and sad because I was going to face the wrathful judgment of the living God.
I had no way to escape such a fate. When I look back at my life, all I see are traces of sin.
I have committed so many sins that I thought I couldn`t be forgiven for them.
At one time, I even thought that it was already decided by God for me to go to hell because I saw my evil self and how I was not able to help myself.
No matter how I resolved not to commit sins, I always found myself soaked in sin.
Living with sin in my heart was truly terrifying, always making me worry about how I was going to be thrown into the lake of fire.

I even tried to deceive myself into thinking that maybe God didn`t exist so that I would not worry about the judgment, but my conscience could never allow me.
I had always known that there has to be a supreme being.

But now I thank God, my Creator and Savior Jesus Christ, who has revealed Himself to me through His Word in the Bible.
He has washed all the sins from my soul when He received baptism from John the Baptist and was crucified for the judgment of all my sins. Now I am perfectly clean.
Now I know that God is love and His love is unconditional.
I no longer fear judgment because now I know that I am not heading to hell but I am now a citizen of heaven.

I thank the Lord for The New Life Mission, for through His Church He has washed me from all my sins.

Even though there is not much change in my flesh and it continues to be filthy, I want to share this love of God with all people of the world who have not yet known that our Creator God did not abandon us when we fell into sin, but He came and blotted out all of our sins with the Gospel of the water and the Spirit. And now He wants us to turn from our wicked ways of standing against Him and believe in this salvation that He has prepared for us.

New King James Version — Isaiah 44:22: I have blotted out, like a thick cloud, your transgressions, and like a cloud, your sins. Return to Me, for I have redeemed you.

I want to dedicate the rest of my life to living for the lost souls of the world.
I know and believe that through the help of the Holy Spirit and the guidance of the Church of God, I will live for the spread of the Gospel of the water and the Spirit.

I pray to my heavenly Father that He will continue to lead all the lost souls who are suffering due to sin—just as I was—to the truth of salvation, and wash them from all their sins.
