I Was reading about what Rev Jong had to say about Faith. It surprise me how we can go through life and have faith in everything we do, but when it comes to God,We lack it.
We have faith that we will wake up in the morning, that our car will take us to work and get us there safe and sound. But when God has given us so much and done so much for us or some of us can,t give the Lord the 110% love that is deserved.
If someone here gave up there life to save one of us or a family member we would find a way to tank that person for the rest of their life. Heck, we would even go as far as making that person a part of the family and call them our Hero. God sent his only son to pay to have our sins forgiven, He has made us a place in heaven where we will find peace and joy. He has a love for us that is never taken away. He has been there to protect us and comfort us. And all that he asked was that we have FAITH in him and most humans can,t do it. Some of us who do have faith come up with the but,s and if,s and do nothing but slowly lose what faith we did have.
Why is it that we have to be so hard headed? We believe in things we can,t see but yet can`t fully believe is what has been proven for over 2000 years? We have got to wake up and give back that 110%Faith back to the lord.
I myself don,t feel at times i give it, but each and everyday that the lord gives me i get closer and closer. I find my heart being filled with more love and peace, I don`t think of worldly things as i once did. And now when i go through each day i Tell God the Father " Here is another day thank you,i know this is going to be a good day and if there is a problem that comes my way, I know that you will give me knowledge to over come it." and for me it works all the time.
I hope and pray, if you are like me, you will give the Lord that 110% FAITH that we need to give Him. All that he ever asked of us was to have Faith in all that he has done. Spread the word of the water and the spirit with the FAITH that you have in God and he will make sure you get the job done.
