Paul C. Jong’s Spiritual Growth Series 3 - The First Epistle of John (Ⅰ)

The Apostle John testifies that Jesus Christ, who came by the water, the blood, and the Holy Spirit, is the Savior and God Himself.
The water signifies Jesus` baptism that He received from John the Baptist to wash away the sin of the world, and the blood signifies the judgment He received for all our sins.
We must give a true confession of sin before God, admitting that we are born in sin and destined to hell for our sins and then we can gratefully believe in Jesus who saved us once and for.
He loved us from the beginning and `desires all men to be saved` (1 Timothy 2:4).
This is why we can praise the Lord!
