Leviticus seen from the perspective of the gospel of the water and the Spirit (III) — The Gospel of the Water and the Spirit Hidden in the Statutes for Holy Living
This book is an expository work that unfolds Leviticus chapters 19 through 23 from the perspective of the gospel of the water and the Spirit. Along with the command “You shall be holy,” it testifies to how the Word of each chapter is connected to the salvation of the remission of sins that Jesus accomplished through the baptism He received from John and the blood of the Cross.
The author, Pastor. Paul C. Jong, is a writer who has long preached ‘the gospel of the water and the Spirit,’ which Jesus fulfilled through the baptism He received from John, His death on the Cross, and His resurrection. He does not view the statutes of the Old Testament merely as the old Law, but expounds them within the truth of the salvation that Jesus Christ has accomplished.
This book is recommended to those who have realized their own shortcomings before the Word that tells them to live holy lives, and to those who wish to serve God upon the assurance of the remission of sins.
